Sheets of Sound
Solo performance
Sheets of Sound features new works composed by Annie Hui-Hsin Hseih, Matthias Schack-Arnott, and Louise Devenish+Stuart James. Sheets of Sound explores the sonic possibilities of sheet materials made of metal, paper, plastic, and skin in combination with electronics. This tactile sound world is paired with instruments and objects carefully and spatially arranged. Sheets of Sound is a curious exploration of percussive approaches across sound, performance and installation. Produced by Tura New Music.
