Never at Sea
Performance
Never at Sea by Kate McMillan explores the embodied experiences of migration, climate change and loss. The project explores the role of creativity in creating a safe space for empathy and imagination. The project has been developed in collaboration with the Refugee Council, King's Sanctuary Programme and King's Culture, King's College London. It will incorporate performers, and musicians, interwoven with sculptures and moving image.
Music direction and composition is being developed in collaboration with Cat Hope and a multitude of creative collaborators from Australia and the UK, including choreographer Sivan Rubenstein.
